The International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) has partnered with the biggest MMA promotion on earth "UFC", to host the 2017 IMMAF Asian Championship in Singapore. This tournament was during the fight week of UFC Fight Night -Singapore.
Many UFC fighters and figures have paid a visit to the young amateurs participating in the Asian Open, including "The Wonderboy" Stephen Thomson, who has attended the tournament spreading motivation and good vibes to the athletes, and personally presented medals to the winners including Lebanon's team member and 2017 Asian bronze medalist Roland Yaacoubian
The tournament also witnessed the presence of UFC Government & Regularity Affairs Director Matthew Valenzuela
Valenzuela also delivered medals to the winners
The Asian Open, who is headed by the great UFC referee Marc Goddard, was also visited by UFC fighter Julianna Pena, UFC Matchmaker Sean Shelby and UFC Senior Vice President and Head Of International & Content JOE CARR
It is clear to state that the IMMAF delivered one of their most successful championships so far, leaving huge expectations towards the 2017 IMMAF World Championship in Bahrain later this year!
