Brave News: Bahrain return updates, KHK MMA shines at IMMAF Open and Al-Silawi eyes Booth

Brave News, the weekly online show that keeps fans from around the world updated on the fastest-growing mixed martial arts promotion in the world, comes to life this week with great news coming from the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Highness Sheikh  Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa has officially announced the return of Brave Combat Federation to its birthplace. The ninth installment of the event will take place November 17th. And some of the biggest names on the roster have already spoken out and started campaigns to demand their presence on the fight card. Brave 9 will happen during International Combat Week, which will also serve as home to the IMMAF Amateur World Championships, the World Cup of Amateur MMA.

And speaking of IMMAF, the KHK MMA Fight Team shone during the 2017 IMMAF African Open Championships. The team bagged two gold medals and four silver medals during their stay in South Africa, where the tournament took place.

Also on the agenda is the first-year anniversary of Brave Combat Federation's first ever event. To celebrate this milestone, the social media team at Brave CF has developed an online campaign with Brave Facts, letting fans worldwide know the most interesting tidbits of the promotion's history thus far. Join in using the hashtag #Brave1Year on social networks.

Elsewhere, the Kingdom of Bahrain has been voted one of the best destinations for combat sports training, with athletes from the United States, Russia, Ireland, United Kingdom, Mexico, Pakistan, India, Egypt, and Kuwait. Bahrain has also been commended for its use of sports to propagate a healthier lifestyle among the youth.

Last but not least, Jarrah Al-Silawi looks for revenge, as he eyes a rematch with Carl "The Bomber" Booth. In an interview with website ArabsMMA, Al-Silawi says he's looking forward to another fight with Englishman Booth, who recently failed in his attempt to become Brave's first ever Welterweight champion.
