Bahrain to host largest International combat sports week

Bahrain will host the largest International combat sports week in the month of November. Brave International Combat Sports Week 2018 will attract representation from over 103 nations attending in the largest combat sports festival in the world. The initiative will feature the eighteenth edition of Brave Combat Federation and the 2018 IMMAF World Championships taking place under the same roof. Kingdom of Bahrain is the only nation other than the United States of America to host the IMMAF World Championships.


The initiative is set to be hosted for the second time in the Kingdom of Bahrain and will create inflow of athletes, officials, media, fans and martial arts enthusiasts from around the world. Bahrain broke the record created by the United States of America in 2017 when it hosted the largest IMMAF World Championships till date which was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. In 2017, Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions hosted under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa witnessed two major championships being defended in the promotion. 


Brave International Combat Week 2018 is expected to create opportunities for the growing tourism, hospitality and infrastructure services in Bahrain with athletes and visitors arriving from over 103 nations to take part in the week long combat sports festival.
