TEAM BAHRAIN heading to PRAGUE for the European Open IMMAF championship 2016

Currently witnessing a growth of MMA as one of the country’s
most popular sports, Team Bahrain will be heading to Prague to participate in the
European IMMAF open Championship 2016 from Nov
21 till Nov 26.

Bahrain had made its debut at the IMMAF World Championships in 2015
with no Luck getting any medal.
However, Team Bahrain surprised the world  at the 2015 IMMAF European Open
Championships
when 27-year-old Hussein Ayyad (8-1) after some
outstanding performances grabbed the Bronze medal
in
the men’s flyweight division in
Birmingham, UK.

It didn’t stop here as Team Bahrain Shocked the World in 2016
with
Bahrain’s youngest prospect Fahad
Abdulrazaq
who wrote national history by earning the bronze medal in the men’s
flyweight division at the World IMMAF Championship 2016 Held in Vegas.

Both Athletes hails from the KHK MMA gym, founded and supported
by
HH Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa and will be fighting at Flyweight
representing Bahrain at the
European Open MMA championship 2016 along with:

Hamza Zrira – Men’s Bantamweight 61.2
kg (135 lbs) 

Abdulla Alfayez 
Men’s Lightweight 70.3 kg (155 lbs)
